Happy Thinking: How to find happiness by changing how you think

We all desire happiness, but the path to it can be difficult. This website explores concepts for finding happiness. However, this will be done in a very unique way, through a story about a writer full of anxiety, stress, and unhappiness who meets a wise monk.

The writer, in desperation, asks the monk, “Please explain to me how to find happiness.”

After taking a thoughtful pause, the monk answers, “If you are willing to open your mind, I am happy to share with you how to find happiness.

And so begins this story. Writing this story has brought me immense happiness, and I hope it will bring you happiness as well.
