Throughout this website, I will explain to you various negative thinking patterns and give you psychological tools that you can use to overcome negative thoughts. However, not all the content on this website will be relevant to you. This is, of course, not surprising, as we are all different and unique individuals. The way our minds work and the challenges we face may all differ. Therefore, regarding the information on this website, please take what you think is relevant to you, and ignore what is not.
Perhaps this would be similar to choosing food at an all-you-can-eat buffet. There is a lot of food at a buffet, some of which you will find attractive and others that will not be appealing. To enjoy your meal, you would choose only the food you like. Similarly, feel free to take what you like on this website and leave behind what you think will not be helpful. Having said that, sometimes it is good to try food that may not look appealing at first sight. You could be pleasantly surprised that your initial instincts were wrong.

So as you go through this website, just like at a buffet, feel free to sample whatever appeals to you (and maybe a few that don’t!). If you decide to put aside some sections on this website, you can always return to them later. This website will always keep the “happiness buffet” open for you, so you are welcome to return anytime!
